摘要：随着社会的发展与进步，社会经济条件越来越好，人们的生活水平也逐渐提高，从而人们对生活品质的要求也越来越高，当人们厌倦了各种传统娱乐活动及传统体育活动的时候，一种健康、时尚的休闲方式正在迅速萌芽---休闲体育。本课题通过收集国内外关于休闲体育理论及实践的文献资料，结合徐州经济、文化及体育产业的发展的情况，进行了细致的调查问卷及实地考察，既探讨了休闲体育的发展机制和本质特征，又分析了徐州休闲体育发展的现状、运作模式以及未来发展方向，结合当地的历史文化、群众习惯、经济基础、基础设施、以及法律基础等揭示徐州市休闲体育发展的形成条件，大众基础，消费习性，发展优势及发展制约以及在发展过程中所遇到的困难，课题在最后将针对管理、运行、开发等方面提出若干对策和建议。

Abstract： With the development and progress of society，social economic condition is getting better and better， and people's living standard is being improved gradually,thus the quality of people's life becomes higher and higher.When people are tired of a variety of traditional recreational activities and sports activities， a healthy and fashion leisure style is bourgeoning,which is called Leisure sports.This topic is under a detailed survey and field investigation by collecting literature about leisure sports theory and practice around the world, combining with the development situation of Xuzhou's economy, culture and sports industry.
The topic not only explored the development mechanism and essential characteristics of leisure sports ,but also analysis the Xuzhou leisure sports' development status ,operation mode and the direction of future development ,combining with the local history and culture, masses habit, economic base, infrastructure and the legal basis to reveal the development condition，the masses base, the consumption habits,the development advantages and constraints and the difficulties in the development process of Xuzhou leisure sports .At last,the topic will put forward some countermeasures and suggestions directing to the management, operation, development and other aspects .
