摘要：本文以XX学院女子五人制足球赛的9支参赛队伍为研究对象，并访谈了XX学院体育主管部门相关领导及老师，采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法对XX学院女子五人制足球赛开展现状的调查与分析，结果表明：当前XX学院女子五人制足球赛在学生参与、训练、组织管理、教练员及裁判员等方面还存在许多的不足，比如学生参与动机不明确、参赛队员少、裁判员执裁经验不足等。本文针对这些存在的不足和问题，提出一些相应的建议，为推动XX学院女子五人制足球赛的发展提供一些相应的参考。

ABSTRACT：This thesis research the Women's futsal with nine teams of 2010 in Honghe University, interview leaderships and teachers in Honghe University PE authoritative agencg. By using the methods of literature material, questionnaire survey and interview, the current condition of women’s futsal in Honghe University is studied and analyzed. The result shows that there exists many shortcomings of the match in Honghe University, including students participation,training,managing and organizing, trainers and referees, for example, no clear participation motive, few participants of them, trainers’ and referees’ lack of experience etc. According to the shortcomings and problems, lots of corresponding suggestions proposed in the thesis, which aims to provide some corresponding references to promote the development of Honghe University’s Women's futsal.
