摘要：通过问卷调查、文献资料、数理统计、交流访谈等方法对XX大学的学生就参与阳光体育冬季长跑活动进行了调查。发现学生对长跑运动兴趣度不高、认识程度较低；学生因自身惰性以及学习负担影响参加长跑活动；我校阳光长跑监督体制、活动编排组织安排方面仍存在问题，针对存在的问题，作者从多方面出发提出了一些可行的建议，包括加强宣传教育力度、优化编排结构、培养学生兴趣等。

Abstract：I held a inquiry into the students of Nanjing Normal University participating in the Sunshine Sports of Winter Long-distance Run by means of questionnaire survey, literature, mathematical statistics, interview and so on. And I find that students show little interest in long-distance race and there is little awareness of it. Students have troubles in taking part in the race because of inertia and learning load. There are still some problems in the oversight mechanisms and activities arrangement of our school’s sunlight long-distance race. The author offer several feasible proposals to these problems from many aspects.

我校体育教师能够较好地指导学生参与到长跑活动中来，让学生详细了解到冬季长跑活动的具体流程和操作明细，并给出合理的跑步路线。
我校的校园环境优美宜人，在跑步的同时能带给学生舒畅的心情。但是，活动组织编排松散，学生自我锻炼意识较差，导致在长跑活动中学生积极性不够高。应当优化组织编排结构，加强学生的锻炼意识教育工作。
