摘 要:优秀的民族传统体育文化是我国各民族长期生活的文化积淀，加强对优秀民族传统体育的研究，是更好的传承和开发我国民族传统体育文化的途径。纳西族打跳作为优秀的民族传统体育项目，如何将其引入小学体育课堂，是值得每一位教育工作者思索的。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实地调查法，对纳西打跳进入丽江市龙蟠小学体育课堂教学的可行性进行了分析。研究结果表明：打跳符合新课标要求，龙蟠小学的硬件设施、师资满足纳西打跳的开展，纳西打跳进入体育课堂教学得到了教师和学生的肯定，纳西打跳进入丽江市龙蟠小学体育课堂教学是可行的。

ABSTRACT:Excellent traditional national sports culture is the various nationalities of our country long-term life culture, strengthen the national tradition sports research, is a better inheritance and development of national traditional sports culture approach. Naxi hit the jump as the outstanding traditional sports item, how will the introduction of primary school physical education class, is worth every educators thinking. In this paper, through the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, interview method, field survey method, on the hit the jump into the Lijiang City farm primary school sports classroom feasibility analysis. Research results show that: hit the jump with the demands of new curriculum standard, Longpan primary school teachers for the hardware facilities, play jump development, West hit the jump into PE classroom teaching by teachers and students certainly, Naxi hit the jump into the Lijiang City farm primary school sports classroom teaching is feasible .
