摘 要:增强学生体质,促进身心健康,培养全面发展的人才,是我国高校体育教育的重要任务。影响大学生身心健康的因素很多,时间压力是影响大学生心理和生理健康的重要因素之一,而加强时间管理,可以有效地缓解压力,提高时间利用率,并且合理统筹学习生活、个人爱好与锻炼身体的关系,从而提高学生的学习和个人的健康程度。本研究以XX学院普通大学生为研究对象,通过两次对学生时间管理倾向得分量表分析,探讨大学生时间管理倾向与锻炼行为特征,目的在于提高大学生的时间管理能力,缓解时间压力,促进体质健康。在进行时间管理倾向与锻炼行为两次调查研究中得出,有规律锻炼的学生的时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感均优于无规律锻炼的学生的时间价值感、时间监控观、时间效能感,三个维度的得分总和即为学生的时间管理倾向,有规律锻炼学生的时间管理倾向优于无规律锻炼学生的时间管理倾向。在锻炼阶段前进者与锻炼阶段后退者的调查研究中得出,锻炼阶段前进者的时间管理倾向优于他们锻炼阶段没前进时的时间管理倾向,锻炼阶段退后者时间价值感小于他们锻炼阶段没变退后之时,但锻炼阶段退后者的时间监控观、时间效能感均大于他们锻炼阶段没变退后之时,证明在体育教育中要充分加强学生的时间管理倾向这一人格特质,提高学生对体育行为的自我控制感,达到健康人格与健康身体的统一发展。

ABSTRACT:Strengthen the students' physique, promote physical and mental health, cultivate all-round development of talent, is our country universities sports education important task. Influence of College Students' physical and mental health of many factors, is time pressure on College Students' psychological and physiological health one of the important factors, and strengthen time management, can effectively alleviate the pressure, improve the utilization rate and time, reasonable overall learning life, hobbies and physical exercise, so as to improve the students' study and personal health. This study at the Honghe University college students as the research object, through two on students' time management disposition scoring scale analysis, discussion of College Students' time management disposition and exercise behavior characteristics, the purpose is to improve the college students' time management ability, alleviate the time pressure, promote physical health. In the time management disposition and exercise behavior of two survey studies, regular exercise students' sense of time value, time monitoring concept, sense of time efficacy are better than no regular exercise of students the sense of time value, time monitoring concept, sense of time efficacy, the three dimensions of the sum of scores for students' time management tendency, regular exercise students' time management disposition is better than no regular exercise of students' time management disposition. In the training stage and the exercise stages of the investigation and study that retreat, exercise stage of time management disposition than they exercise the stage without moving forward when the time management disposition, exercise stage from the latter time value less than they exercise stage did not change back when, but the training stage annealing the latter time monitoring, time self-efficacy were larger than they exercise stage did not change back when, demonstrated in physical education should fully strengthen students' time management disposition this personality trait, improve the students' sports behavior self sense of control, healthy personality and the health of the unified development.
