摘 要:足球运动对于高校女生来说，不但可以增强体质，锻炼意志，培养和提高技能和战术能力，而且足球运动在趣味性与竞技性并存的情况下，极大地调动了女学生参与体育活动的积极性和对足球运动的参与兴趣等。除此之外，足球运动还增加和丰富了女大学生的课余生活，这对进一步推动我国高校女子足球运动的普及和提高具有重要意义。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法对XX学院足球教学俱乐部女生选修现状调查，结果表明：XX学院女生对足球教学俱乐部的选修情况不太乐观，对足球的认识和了解普遍都较为肤浅，虽然绝大多数的女生都比较喜爱足球运动，这为学校推广足球运动奠定了一定的心理基础，但想通过足球实践来展现自我技能的人却为数不多，她们没有端正对选修足球教学俱乐部的态度，参与动机不明确，积极性不够高，对足球运动的参与度低等。本文针对这些存在的不足及问题，提出一些相应的对策和建议。

ABSTRACT:Football sports for college girls, can not only improve their health, temper their willpower, train and upgrade of skills and tactical ability, but also has greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the female students ' participation in physical activity and interest in participation in the sport, when it is in a fun, competitive, enthusiastic case. In addition, football has also increased and enriched the female students’ after school lives in college. And it has a great significance in promoting the popularity of football further in female students in college and universities of China. This paper by using the method of literature, questionnaire, interview method and mathematical statistics to the honghe university football club girls present situation investigation teaching courses, and the results show that: the honghe university of football teaching club girls take not so optimistic, to know and understand the football are generally more superficial, although most of the girls prefer football sports, this promotion for the school football laid a certain psychological basis, but want to through the football practice to show ego skills but a small, they don't have no good football club to take teaching attitude, participation motivation is not clear, enthusiasm is not quite high, the football low participation. This paper aiming at these problems and the insufficiency of the, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.
