摘 要:光的偏振性和偏振规律不断被人们发现和掌握,相应地在现代日常生活、工业和科学技术中的应用亦日益广泛。
本文先介绍光的偏振的一些基本概念和现象规律,包括马吕斯定律、布儒斯特定律、双折射、旋光性等。然后在此基础上分析一些在生活中的应用。如:立体电影中的偏振应用,液晶显示以及光弹性仪等的应用。

Abstract:Various polarization phenomena of light and their internal laws are discovered successively and applied widely in our daily lives, industrial productions and scientific researches.
This paper firstly introduces the basic knowledge and phenomena of polarization, including Malus law, Brewster law, birefringence, optical activity, and so on. Then we discuss some applications, such as stereoscopic films, liquid crystal display and photoelastic instruments.
