摘要:互联网的快速发展，使我国的经济、生活得到很大的便利，同时公民的隐私遭到了另一种方式的侵害。近年来，网络隐私侵权频频发生，而公民想要维权却并不容易，因为我国的隐私权法律制度并不完善，公民的权益不能很好地得到现行法律法规和司法程序的保护，因此，我们需要进一步完善隐私权法律制度，对我国的隐私权立法提出新的要求。也因为网络侵权的形式多种多样，所以我们要综合利用立法、道德、技术、文化等保护措施，维护公民在互联网环境下的隐私，从而使互联网健康稳定发展。

Abstract:The rapid development of the Internet,so that China's economic life to be a great convenience,and privacy of citizens was another way of infingement. In recent years, the network privacy tort occurred frequently, while citizens right, but not easy, because the privacy of the legal system in China is not perfect,and the rights of the citizens can not get the protection of existing laws and regulations and judicial process proceedings, therefore, we need to further improve privacy legal system,and put forward new demands on our country's privacy legislation.But also because of the variety of network infringement in the form, so we have to make use of legislation, moral, technology, culture and other protective measures to safeguard citizens' privacy in the Internet environment,so that the Internet healthy and stable development.

随着科技的不断发展，互联网以其自由性、开放性吸引越来越多的参与其中。互联网正在深刻和广泛地影响人类的生存和生活方式，同时，网络侵权也会随之而来，滋生了更多关于侵害隐私权问题。互联网环境下的公民隐私权是传统公民隐私权在互联网环境下的延伸，是随着社会信息化发展而派生出来的隐私权法律保护的特殊要求。如何保护互联网环境下公民的隐私，已经成为我们格外注重的一个问题，需要我们去探讨和解决。
