摘要:经济环境的改变,改革的加深以及经济全球化的冲击让国有企业产生诸多的不适应。曾被大家视为“铁饭碗”的国有企业岗位,因体制改革和管理模式遭受市场冲击而使员工出现心理和思想上的不适应。针对目前国有企业因员工心理健康引起的人才流失现象严重,企业经济效益下滑,探究如何解决员工心理健康问题,营造舒适的工作环境,为国有企业发展提供人力支持。利用校内图书馆数据库已有资源查阅并分析员工心理健康问题对国有企业可能造成的影响。通过观察,再结合历史资料,从经济性和社会性指出国有企业关注员工心理健康的必要性,铺垫好研究背景。主要从两方面分析国有企业员工心理健康问题的成因:社会环境给国有企业带来的压力波及内部员工;企业内部体制落后无法使员工的事业期望得到满足。旨在通过宏观微观环境双向研究,把握时代背景下国企员工心理健康问题的成因,提出相对应的解决办法。联系国外心理学理论成果,指出国有企业在这方面发展现状的成就和不足。经济的快速发展让心理健康问题也越突出,未来企业在这方面的需求会越来越高,形成良好规模。

ABSTRACT:For the changes of social environment and the deepening of reform as well as the impact of economic globalization, state-owned enterprises cannot adapt to these challenges. The positions of state - owned enterprises used to be called “Iron rice bowl” which means a stable and long-term job, now its halo disappears caused by market impact which comes from system reform and paradigm shift. Serious brain drain caused by the mental health of employees in state-owned enterprises led to a great decline in the economic efficiency of enterprises, this written is to explore how to address employee mental health problems, create a comfortable working environment, and provide manpower support for the development of state-owned enterprises. Then use existing resources of the school library database access and analyze the possible impact of mental health problems of employees on state-owned enterprises. Through observation, combined with historical data, pointed out that state-owned enterprises concerned about the mental health of employees from an economic and social necessity. Above all are just to pave the way background for our research. We analysis the causes of mental health problems of employees in state-owned enterprises from two aspects: The pressure in state-owned enterprises coming from social environment has affected internal staff; The backward institution of enterprise can not meet the career expectations of employees. The research aims at two-way research by the macro and micro environment, grasping the causes of mental health problems of employees in state enterprises under the background of new time, then putting forward corresponding solutions. Through foreign Psychology theoretical achievement, we can indicate the achievements and shortcomings of current situation of this area in domestic enterprises. The mental health problem is becoming more and more prominent because of rapid development of economy, Chinese demand in this regard will be increasingly higher, and mental health service will form a good scale in the future.

   心理健康问题对于企业内部文化建设,实现企业效益来说是一个很迫切的因素。一般来说员工心理问题首先会从情绪和身体上表现出来,对于性格不同的人来说会导致不同的行为后果。性格外向的人会直接宣泄,向上级抱怨,甚至在工作中与体制对着干;性格内向的人无法寻找发泄渠道,最终演变成病态的心理和扭曲的行为。两种后果都会严重影响企业文化和内部效益。如果企业管理层心理健康出现问题,会导致决策失误等严重后果,特殊行业工作人员的行为甚至会给社会造成严重危害。可以说,内部紊乱对企业的总体破坏力丝毫不亚于外部危机对其的影响。同时一些自残甚至伤害他人的行为严重扰乱了社会秩序,增加了人们生活的不稳定因素。作为社会人身心依靠的载体,企业在秉持着维护自身利益和承担社会责任的原则下,必须高度重视员工心理健康发展。

   国有企业在我国铁路、能源、通讯等行业形成寡头垄断局势,是企业的先锋领导者,承载了民族企业在世界经济舞台上占领一席之地,抵御经济危机的重要责任。国家对其发展的重视导致国企不断求创新,不断整改,决定了内部员工必将受其波及的局面。员工的心理承受能力需要企业给与及时的关怀。为了国有企业能够心无旁骛地迅速发展壮大,员工心理健康越来越成为企业急需解决的问题。
