摘要:警务工作人员是社会维稳的中坚力量。当今社会、组织、人民对警务工作人员的要求越来越高,警务工作人员肩上的压力也是越来越重,导致的现象其中很重一点就是巨大心理压力带来的心理问题。警务工作人员心理,是指警务工作人员群体经过长时间所形成的警察生活的心理感受。做好警务工作人员的心理健康管理,对于社会治安、国家稳定有着重大的意义。本次研究以北京市A区公安局作为研究对象。由于A区公安局具有警种丰富,年龄分布较广等特点,具有代表性、典型性。文章结合大量文献以及访谈结果,对于警务工作人员心理健康问题的重要性、产生原因进行了阐述。警务工作人员心理健康问题主要来源于社会、组织、家庭带来的不利影响。对此,文章提出,警务工作人员的心理健康管理,应从组织、社会、家庭、个人四方面四管齐下。组织为重,在警务系统中建立心理档案,建立心理咨询系统等方法对警务工作人员的心理健康进行有效的管理,使公安系统高效运转,为我国的长治久安提供根本性保证。

ABSTRACT:Police staff are the backbone of social stability maintenance. Today's society, organizations, people's police have become increasingly demanding of staff, police staff are also increasingly heavy pressure on the shoulders, leading to a phenomenon in which a heavy thing is enormous psychological pressure caused by psychological problems. In this regard, the article suggested that the mental health of police personnel management, should organizations, social, family and individual four aspects of a four-pronged. Organizations as the most important in policing the system to create a psychological profile, set up psychological counseling system and other methods of police work, mental health staff for effective management, efficient operation of the public security system for China's long-term stability to provide a fundamental guarantee.

由于本课题涉及的目标群体比较特殊,具有保密性、特殊性,笔者并不能深入该群体进行较为深入调查研究,如多人访谈及问卷调查以及深度访谈等。导致此课题研究深度不够。本次研究方向以北京市A区为例,尽管A区警种、年龄层等具有代表性、典型性,但仍存在不完整性。文中提及事件均来自文献检索、新闻媒体及与A区公安局部分领导的访谈内容,涉及范围不够广。笔者将对此课题进行进一步的研究与发掘,更进一步贴近该特殊群体,为警务工作人员心理健康管理做出更大的贡献,为社会主义和谐社会事业添砖加瓦。
