摘要:自20世纪80年代以来,绩效工资作为企业的成功经验,得到了发达国家中学校的普遍借鉴和运用,并逐渐成为其学校绩效管理的有效工具。其中,在这些能成功实施绩效工资的国家中,我们发现,它们都建立并创新了属于自己的绩效管理制度,使其作为实施绩效工资的保障和运作环境。这是值得我们关注和深度研究的地方。所以在新教师绩效工资的背景下,本文以XX小学为例,从XX小学实际情况出发,进行研究并提出相关问题。最后根据实际的问题设计出新的绩效工资更加适合XX小学。最终达到学校、老师和学生三赢的目的。

Abstract:Since 1980s, performance related pay is modeled and applied by several schools in developed countries as the corporation’s successful experience, and gradually becomes an effective tool of performance management. We found that the countries which are able to successfully put pay-for-performance into practice create new performance management institution belongs to them and make the institution as a guarantee for performance related pay execution and running environment. It is the area worthing our concerns and deeply research. Therefore, in the background of new teachers' performance related pay, the article takes XX Primary School as an example and starts from its actual situations to make a research and to come up with related issues. Finally, I'll design a new pay-for-performance for XX Primary School according to facts to achieve the purpose of all winnings among schools, teachers and students.
