摘要:在最近酒店业发展蓬勃的势头下酒店对人员的需求也越来越大,在吸收人员之后该如何对人员进行培训及激励,优化企业的人力资源,避免人员流失过大,并进而将其转为酒店自身的竞争优势。
本论文将会讨论酒店对其员工的吸收以及优化现象,并尝试探索如何将这方面的要素确切地转化为企业的竞争力。其重中之重是如何避免人才流失。人员流动过快过多,人才流失严重,这也是我国目前大多数酒店面临的严峻处境以及需要解决或者缓和的问题。

Abstract:In the recent development of the hotel industry vigorously up to the needs of the hotel staff is more and more huger, in the absorption after this how to staff personnel training and motivation, optimization of the enterprise human resources, avoid excessive loss of personnel, and then turn them into hotel own competitive advantage.
This paper will discuss the hotel to its employees and optimizing the absorption of the phenomenon, and try to explore how the elements will be exactly into the competition ability of the enterprise. Its top priority is how to avoid brain drain. Personnel flow too much too fast, the brain drain is serious, this is our country at present the most hotel with the severe situation and needs to solve the problem of or ease.
