摘要：农业物流是指以农业生产为核心，发生一系列物品从供应地向接受地之间的实体流动和与之有关的技术、组织、管理活动。
我国的农业物流已经逐步进入快速发展的阶段，但在发展过程中还存在一些问题，严重阻碍了农业物流的发展进程。农业物流的健康良性发展，能提高农民收入，有效促进“三农”问题的解决。因此大力发展物流业，提高农产品物流的水平，进而提高农产品的竞争力，真正实现农业增效，农民增收，推动重庆市农村经济的发展。

ABSTRACT：Agricultural logistics refers to the agricultural production as the core, a series of flow of goods from suppliers to accept between entities and the relevant technology, organization, management activities. Agricultural logistics in our country has entered the stage of rapid development, but there are still some problems in the development process, has seriously hindered the development of agricultural logistics. The sound development of agricultural logistics, to improve the income of the farmers, effectively promote the "three rural issues". 发展农业物流是一项复杂的系统工程，农业物流发展所涉及的面广，制约其发展的因素较多。由于农业物流的特殊性，农业物流研究内容的复杂性，农业物流的理论和实践研究都比较贫乏。本文主要讨论重庆市农业物流的发展过程中所存在着较弱的信息处理能力、较低的操作效率、落后的物流设备设施、社会化化程度低、较低的流通产品档次等问题。根据我市的具体情况，结合现代农业物流的发展规律提出了调整农业发展的结构、完善基础设施、加大政府的财政投入、促进农产品物流信息化建设、提高农民现代物流意识、重视农业物流专业人才的培养等建议，为加快重庆市农业物流发展提供一些理论指导和决策参考。
本文只针对重庆市农业物流发展现的实际状进行分析，在具体的发展农业物流应用过程中，可以通过收集当地过往的年度的数据资料进行综合比较，也可以扩大参考范围，借鉴不同地区的发展情况进行深入比较。综上述，本文的研究需要继续的深入和完善，才能保证重庆市农业物流发展的政策的有效性、科学性和可操作性。
