摘要：近年来，物流产业飞速发展，在国民经济占有的比重越来越大，现代化管理技术、先进信息技术和现代化运输技术为核心的技术应用，建立了以最安全的运输方式、最快捷的方式最优质的服务和最快捷的方式为主要特征的现代物流系统。
随着中国经济的飞速发展，社会各行各业对物流服务的需求已越来越强烈。企业为了应对降低成本和增强竞争优势，不约而同的加强了对物流业务的需求，导致了现代物流行业的快速发展。现代物流活动已越来越多地作为一个整体来考虑和布局，以帮助企业从更宏观的角度去把握和适用市场的需求。基于这一变化，货运站当前面对的以不是原来单纯的运输市场，而是要面对包含仓储管理、多式联运、信息管理、配送管理等各种服务功能齐全的物流服务市场。因此，在对货运流程再造过程中，为了有效满足市场需求，应从现代物流角度，整合货运站系统资源和优化作业管理方式。
