摘要:财务风险是指企业在日常的筹资、投资等各项财务活动过程中，在企业的内外部环境的影响下，受到各种未能预料和难以控制的因素引起企业预期收益下降的风险。随着社会的发展和进步，市场经济在不断完善，企业为了更好更快的发展，需要对财务风险进行管理。对企业财务风险的管理，就要用科学的方法分析企业目前财务风险存在的问题，对财务风险的产生原因进行深入研究，然后提出一些具体的控制方法，使企业遭受的损失降到最低。
本文通过对国内外有关企业财务风险的研究成果进行总结，首先介绍了财务风险的概念、特征、种类；然后以江苏恒康家居科技有限公司为例，对企业的各项财务指标进行了分析，找到了企业目前可能存在的财务风险；最后针对可能存在的财务风险，提出了风险控制的方法和措施。希望通过财务风险控制的研究，对该企业财务风险的预防和控制有所帮助。

Abstract: Financial risk refers to the enterprises in the process of day-to-day financing, investment and other financial activities, under the influence of internal and external business environment, subject to the risk of unforeseen and expected decline in revenue caused by factors beyond the control. With the development and progress of society, market economy and constantly improve the enterprises in order to better and faster development, the need for financial risk management. Corporate financial risk management, it is necessary to use the scientific method to analyze the existing problems in corporate financial risk, in-depth study of the causes of the financial risk, and then put forward some specific control method, so that enterprises suffered losses to a minimum.
This paper summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign corporate financial risk, first analyzes the concept of financial risk, characteristics, types; then the Healthcare Foam Technology Co., Ltd. as an example, through the financial indicators analysis existing financial risk; last financial risk for the existence of the business, financial risk control methods and measures. I believe that if these measures are put into practice, would Healthcare Foam Technology Co., Ltd. for the financial management to produce better results.
