[摘要]根据江苏省中小型企业物流的特点，从资源优化理论出发，提出了建立基于供应链的中小型企业物流系统运行模式的基本思想，提出以物流中心为核心，不同领域，不同业务的不同运作模式相结合的运作系统，使业务流程各节点有效衔接，以期为我国中小型企业物流系统的构建提供新的研究视点。
