摘要:连锁超市在中国发展了20年左右，经历了几次快速发展后，暴露出了一些问题，在连锁超市的经营过程中，采购管理是连锁超市的核心环节，贯穿了超市经营的全过程，在采购管理中，超市也暴露出来了越来越多的问题。其中超市蔬菜采购管理包括了采购原则、采购模式、采购流程、供应商管理等诸多方面，每一个方面的提升和改进都会对超市的采购管理带来积极影响，超市通过提高采购管理水平，增加采购环节的收益，可以更快捷、更轻松的获取利润。采购管理水平的高低不仅影响着超市能否降低成本，还会影响超市的盈利状况，经营水平，竞争力水平。
在本文中，以新世纪超市璧山店为例，首先介绍采购管理，新世纪超市璧山店的采购管理模式，采购流程，市场调查，供应商管理等。再根据新世纪超市璧山店蔬菜采购现状，分析新世纪超市蔬菜采购管理中的不足，最后对其蔬菜采购经营提出相应的建议。
