摘要:由于信息技术的飞速发展，在世界范围内掀起了网络经济的浪潮，各种通过互联网来进行的经济活动的总和就被称为网络经济。其中，网络经济对灌南经济的影响也是受到了当地群众的关注。那么，在网络经济的大环境下，灌南经济的发展会出现怎样的局面？又该以怎样的姿态去面对网络经济带来的机遇以及挑战？如何去趋利避害，谋求更好的发展？
网络经济已经是这个时代经济发展的潮流，灌南县需要与时俱进，在新的经济发展潮流中，找到县域经济发展的契合点，认真贯彻和落实发展指标，在全县上下积极宣传网络经济给灌南县经济发展带来的机遇。本文以连云港市灌南县域经济的发展为例，来研究网络经济条件下，灌南经济的构成要素，现状，以及加快经济发展的策略。
