摘要：乳制品行业的发展关系到人民健康和国民经济发展，已成为我国农业中发展最快的产业之一。随着中国经济稳步快速发展，老百姓对奶产品营养价值的意识和消费水平有了很大提高，乳品正在成为人们每天生活中的必须品，但是我国乳制品行业却仍存在着一系列的问题，这些问题严重制约我国乳制品行业的发展。因此，本文研究的目的是针对当今乳制品行业发展的现状以及出现的问题,运用经济学原理分析并讨论制定出相应的对策,以达到进一步完善乳制品行业并促进乳制品企业发展的目的。为国内乳制品企业的决策提供一些参考。

ABSTRACT：The development of the dairy industry is related to people's health and national economic development an important industry, and become the fastest growing of agricultural growth in one of the industries best. 中国的乳制品消费空间巨大，其乳制品消费市场潜力无限，它已经渐渐成为全球市场的一部分，随之而来的，就是我国乳制品行业的发展将面临国际上巨大的竞争压力。因此只有通过分析并改正我国乳制品行业当前发展的问题，并进行相应的系统建设，强化乳制品行业规范管理，规范乳制品企业间的竞争等，只有这样我国乳制品行业才能步入协调、健康、快速发展的道路。
