摘要：现代快递服务企业在促进国民经济发展、满足消费者和商家多元化寄递需求、扩大就业方面发挥了积极作用。成立于2006年的速尔物流，它的发展有着自身经营的独特优势，但也存在着经营模式落后，人才和品牌意识不强，服务水平不高等问题。本文致力于调查分析速尔物流的发展现状，并针对其存在的问题，提出了几点发展建议，希望速尔物流紧紧抓住新的发展机遇，以促进自身的又好又快发展。

Abstract: Modern express service enterprises play a positive role in promoting national economic development, satisfying the diverse delivery needs for consumers and businesses and increasing employment. SURE LOGISTICS, established in 2006, has its unique advantage in operation and disadvantages in outdated business model, weak awareness of talents and brand, as well as low-level service.Through analyzing the current situation of SURE LOGISTICS, this paper aims to provide some advice for this company based on the problems which SURE has, hoping for its sound and fast development through seizing the new opportunities for development.

电子商务的快速发展，让我们看到物流行业发展的春天。在我国目前条件下电子商务企业是不宜普遍采用自建物流中心的物流模式的，应当采用综合物流代理：与第三方物流公司签订长期稳定的合作关系，建立共同配送模式。速尔物流可以与电子商务企业的达成协议，通过为其提供优质的配送服务，来降低了电子商务企业的配送成本，这样一来不但使得速尔物流的专业化能力得到最大化的使用，实现了双方的优势互补，而且能够为探索物流企业和电子商务企业的一体化运作提供借鉴意义。
