摘 要:服务外包产业是现代高层次的服务产业之一。近年来印度在全世界外包市场上一直处于领先地位,成为最大规模的离岸服务外包承接国家。而中国目前是仅次于印度的第二大离岸服务外包承接国。由于国内的服务外包业务还面临很多问题和挑战,赶超印度的任务还很艰巨。这就需要在新一轮世界产业结构调整兴起的大背景环境下,借鉴同为发展中国家的印度承接离岸服务外包的经验及其启示,更好更快地发展面向国际市场的现代服务业。

   本文首先介绍了服务外包的概念及其分类,其次分析了印度离岸服务外包的市场发展状况。接着采用SWOT战略分析法,对印度离岸服务外包的发展进行了分析,综合内外条件形成的优势、劣势、机会和威胁等因素,挖掘竞争优势,总结其发展经验和弊端。通过七个有利的影响因素和四个不利影响因素分别来分析印度软件和服务外包的发展的优势和劣势。现在有越来越多的印度企业已经开始认识到,要想在国际离岸外包市场上获胜,最大的机会就是与中国合作,同时日韩市场将是印度发展离岸服务外包产业的一个良机。印度服务外包受到金融危机,本币升值,劳动力成本上升等威胁。最后,从国家层面和企业层面上,提出我国离岸服务外包的发展对策。

ABSTRACT:One of an important part of modern high-end service industry is service outsourcing industry. At present, the new round world industrial structure adjustment is on the rise, its main characteristics of trade in services, service outsourcing and the transfer of high-end manufacturing and r&d link. This is good for our country to face the international market better and faster development of modern service industry. China has become second only to India's second largest offshore service outsourcing to undertake. But the domestic service outsourcing business and there are many problems to be solved. China overtook India service outsourcing a long way to go. In recent years, India has always occupy the leading position in the global outsourcing market, is the largest country in the undertaking offshore service outsourcing. As developing countries, India's successful experience, is worth our using for reference.

   This paper first introduces the concept and classification of service outsourcing, secondly analyzes the offshore service outsourcing market development status in India. Then USES the SWOT strategy analysis method, has carried on the analysis on the development of offshore service outsourcing in India, integrated internal and external conditions for formation of the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats factors, competitive advantage, summarizes its development experience and the disadvantages. Through seven favourable factors and four negative influence factors to analyze respectively to analyze the development of Indian software and service outsourcing the advantages and disadvantages. Now, more and more Indian companies have begun to realize that if you want to win in the international offshore outsourcing market, the biggest opportunity is working with China, Japan and South Korea at the same time the market will be India's offshore service outsourcing industry a good opportunity. India service outsourcing by the financial crisis, currency appreciation, rising labor costs and other threats. Finally, from the national level and enterprise level, put forward some countermeasures for developing the offshore service outsourcing in our country.
