摘要：温州烟具协会事件是自中国正式加入WTO后遭受的第一起反倾销诉讼，中国的民间组织很好的充当了处理国际贸易纠纷的主角，历时一年零一个月使欧洲打火机制造商联合会撤回了对中国打火机厂商的反倾销诉讼。这一经典案例表明中国的行业协会正在反倾销案件中扮演着越来越重要的角色目前，中国已经成为国际反倾销的最大受害国，对中国的出口贸易造成了很大的损失，我们必须采取针锋相对的应对策略，应对反倾销的举措很多，本文就行业协会在反倾销中的作用和对策作一探讨。中国对外贸易屡屡碰壁常遭反倾销申诉的一项重要原因是我国市场经济地位没有得到完全承认，在面临反倾销诉讼时，应建立企业、行业协会、政府的立体式应对的框架，发挥各自优势；行业协会所扮演的统筹领导、统一规划、集体行动的角色须担起企业、社会责任，稳固中国逐渐强势的经济地位，同时减轻各国、各贸易联盟为打压中国经济而打来的压力。
