摘要:徐州琴书源于明代的民间小曲和杂剧。徐州琴书自明清出现以来，伴随着历史大潮的变迁，始终保持着缓慢而坚定的发展步伐。发展过程中，它在继承民间小曲演唱和表演形式的同时，不断地开拓创新，给传统民间戏曲理念注入了新的活力和张力，形成了一种独具特色的艺术程式，极大地丰富了地方的戏曲文化。本文内容以徐州琴书的传播与发展为主线，细致调查了现状并提出解决办法。但是，在新时期，我们面临的问题也十分严峻。据文化部调查研究得来的数据表明，饱受现代快餐文化冲击的徐州琴书正在逐渐地走向消亡。如何让徐州琴书通过时代的考验健康地发展传承下去成为当代许多研究者所致力的课题。

Abstract:Xuzhou Qinshu, or story telling opera, can date back to the folk ditty and drama in Ming dynasty. Since its birth in Ming and Qing Dynasties, Xuzhou Qinshu has always maintained a slow but steady pace of development in historical vicissitude. During its development process, Xuzhou Qinshu has not only inherited singing and performing forms of folk ditty, but also kept constant innovation, which has injected new vitality and tension into the concept of traditional folk opera. Thus a unique art is formed， and greatly enriched the local opera culture. Withthe spread and development of Xuzhou Qinshu as the main narrative line, this paper has investigated carefully the status quo of it, and has put forward the solutions. Yet, in the new historical era, we are faced with some serious problems. According to the research conducted by Ministry of Culture, due to the impact from fast-food culture, Xuzhou Qinshu is gradually disappearing. How to make sure that Xuzhou Qinshu will go through tests of the time and enjoy a continuous sound development? This has become a hot topic of research for many contemporary researchers.

目前在国家大力弘扬传统文化的大背景下，关于琴书的研究著作有很多，如《徐州琴书音乐研究》（兰州大学2009年硕士论文），他的主要关注点是徐州琴书的音乐本体研究及文化透视和功能分析。《徐州琴书经典节目音乐分析》(沈阳音乐学院学报2012年第4期）选取特色的徐州琴书节目进行音乐分析。于雅琳老师发表的《邳州的徐州琴书民间艺人乐态分析》（南京艺术学院学报音乐与表演版2013年01期）对活跃在邳州地区的民间艺人进行了详尽的解读。又如尹丽丽的《徐州琴书的发展与保护》（作家2010年 第04期），文章除了提出徐州琴书陷入困境的原因，还提出了具体的保护措施。
2007年和2008年徐州琴书先后入选江苏省非物质文化遗产和第二批国家级非物质文化遗产，随着历史的变迁和文化的沿袭，徐州琴书逐渐地形成了一套具有自己特色的演唱风格，也创造了属于自己的艺术魅力。但是受新时代潮流文化的冲击和自身传承弊端的影响，徐州琴书遇到了前所未有的难题。和其他曲艺一样，徐州琴书面临着观众减少，团体演出困难等诸多问题。如何使得这一宝贵的地方文化永久延续，是我们迫切需要解决的问题。
