摘要:扬州弹词原名扬州弦词，是用扬州方言说唱的一种曲艺形式，流行于扬州、镇江、南京及里下河一带。扬州弹词和扬州评话同出一流，弹词起源于明清时期，早期一人说唱，自弹三弦伴奏，故名弦词。在清初，评话艺人往往兼工弦同，乾、嘉以后才逐渐分开，清代中叶盛行期间，发展为双档演出，称为“对白弦词”，增添了琵琶伴奏，特点是说多唱少，唱词只有叙述性的表唱。然而随着时代的发展，扬州弹词的生存状况令人堪忧，遭遇市场冷落，缺少传承人以及机制不完善等困境。扬州弹词的传承与保护是一项复杂的工作，不仅需要建立完整的资料库，加强人才建设，也需要加强宣传力度，普及基本知识，完善保护制度，为扬州弹词提供一个良好的发展环境，这样才能使扬州弹词在现代社会中熠熠生辉。

Abstract:Yang Zhou Tan Ci, formerly known as Yang Zhou string word, is a folk art form in Yang Zhou dialect rap, popular in Yang Zhou, Zhen Jiang, Nan Jing and Li xia he area. Yang Zhou Tan Ci and Yang Zhou storytelling with a first-class, Tan Ci began in late Ming and early Qing, one rap in the early time, since the elastic samisen accompaniment, hence the name of string word. In the beginning of Qing Dynasty, Chinese artists tend to and work with strings, Qian, Jia later gradually separated during the Qing Dynasty, the prevalence of performance development, double row, known as the "white string word," added lute accompaniment, the feature is said to sing less, only the narrative form to sing the lyrics. However, with the development of the times, the survival situation of Yang Zhou Tan Ci is worrying, the market experienced a cold, lack of inheritors and imperfect mechanism dilemma. Inheritance and protection of Yang Zhou Tan Ci is a complex task, not only need to establish complete database, to strengthen the talents construction, but also need to strength the propaganda, popularize basic knowledge, improve the system of protection, and provide a good environment for the development of Yang Zhou Tan Ci, so as to make Yang Zhou Tan Ci to shine in the modern society.

近年来扬州市曲艺研究所从民间艺术保护的角度出发，对扬州弹词进行多方面的保护。2011年,市政府聘请韦明铧，根据扬州曲艺研究所提供的《珍珠塔》的脚本和相关的文献资料，整理成《珍珠塔》的演出本。该书已经完成整理工作，于2012年正式出版。同时组成专业小组将惠兆龙先生的《挺进苏北》整理成数字文件进行保存，并将作为非物质文化遗产保护工作的重要文献资料进行保存。扬州市曲艺研究将重心放在培养年轻一代演员上，为扬州弹词的演出队伍注入一些新的活力。以上这些措施对扬州弹词的保护与传承工作起到了关键性的作用。但这些措施也存在着一些明显的缺陷：整理文献资料，但只整理其中的小部分，未形成全面、系统的资料库；培养新的演出人员，但却缺少专攻性人才，传承人缺乏；宣传力度有待提高，没有提高扬州弹词的知名度；政府的保护机制不完善，未形成完整的保护链。
本文试图从较为全面的视角出发，深度挖掘和阐释扬州弹词的艺术价值。通过对扬州弹词生存现状的调查与研究，总结扬州弹词在保护与传承方面所面临的问题，分析形成这种现状的原因，并提出对扬州弹词保护与传承方面的建设性对策，让扬州弹词重现昔日的风光，也让扬州民间地方文化更加繁荣与兴盛。
