摘要:随着社会经济的快速发展，在物质生活得到满足后，人们开始意识到体育健身的重要性。特别是2008年奥运会之后，全民健身概念深入人心，越来越多的人投入到健身锻炼的队伍中。体育场馆设施作为健身锻炼的基础，是人民群众开展体育锻炼的必须条件。但现阶段社会体育场馆设施的缺乏很大程度上限制了广大群众的健身运动，打击人们锻炼的热情。根据全国第五次体育场地普查结果显示，学校体育资源占据全国总数的65.6%，如果能够合理有效的将学校资源与社会共享，这将会很大程度缓解社会的压力，促进社会体育事业的发展。
本文主要运用问卷调查、文献资料、访谈以及数据统计等研究方法进行调查，通过对宿迁市十所大中专学校体育部门负责人发放调查问卷，并以走访学生和周边社区居民的方式展开调查，对宿迁市学校体育资源开放状况进行全面研究。因中小学管理相对封闭，并没有健全的体育设施，故不具有代表性，因此所选的学校主要为中专技校和大专等学校，这些学校体育设施相对较齐全，学校的类型不同，且分布在宿迁市各个地区，故具有一定代表意义。

Abstract:With the rapid development of social economy, met in the material life, people began to realize the importance of physical fitness. Especially after the 2008 Olympic Games, the national fitness concept to win support among the people, more and more people into the ranks of the body-building exercise. Sports facilities as the basis of fitness training, is a must for the people to carry out physical exercise. But the lack of social sports venues and facilities at the present stage is largely restricted to the broad masses of the fitness movement, against the people exercise enthusiasm. According to the fifth national sports field survey results show, the school sports resource occupied 65.6% of the national total, if can reasonable and effective school resources and social sharing, this will greatly ease the pressure of society, promote the development of social sports.
This paper mainly investigated by using the method of questionnaire investigation, documents, interview and data statistics, the sports department is responsible for ten universities and colleges in Suqian City, questionnaires, and visited the students and the surrounding community residents investigation way, to conduct a comprehensive study on Suqian school sports resources in open condition. For the management of primary and secondary schools is relatively closed, and no sound of sports facilities, so it is not representative, therefore chooses the school mainly for secondary technical school and college and other schools, the school sports facilities relatively complete, the school of different types, and distribution in the various regions of Suqian, it has a certain representative.
