摘要：叶圣陶是我国著名的编辑家、文学家、教育家。他从1923年开始从事编辑工作，有70余年的编辑生涯。在长长的编辑实践中，叶圣陶把优良的编辑作风贯彻到其编辑思想之中，在爱国的原发力下，注重编辑与教育的结合，一切为读者着想，又注重培养新人，为我国编辑出版事业做出了重要贡献。与此同时，形成了自己特有的编辑思想。学习和研究叶圣陶的编辑思想，对在市场经济冲击下的今天，有着极其重要的现实意义。笔者把叶圣陶编辑思想简要归纳为爱国主义思想、编辑与教育两轮一辙，为读者服务，培养新人，编辑作风等,并从这几个方面进行粗浅研析。

Abstract：Ye Shengtao was our country renowned editor, writer, educationalist. He started from 1923 to be engaged in the edition work to have more than 70 years the edition professions.
