摘要:随着改革开放和社会转型，公众对秘书职业的了解不全面，少数秘书的腐败和不良行为的误导，以及某些文学作品商业化的结果等多方面的原因，从而产生社会公众认为秘书是打杂的、秘书是领导的接班人、秘书是吃青春饭等认知偏差，导致秘书的职业形象和人格尊严受到损害、秘书工作的顺利开展受到影响、秘书职业的健康发展也受到妨碍，产生了很大的负面影响。因此，秘书应该通过自身和社会的力量，努力提高自身综合素质，加强社会对秘书职业的正面舆论引导，不断加强和完善各种秘书制度。改变社会公众对秘书的偏见，为秘书塑造良好的形象，使秘书职业健康发展，更好的为社会主义现代化建设服务。

ABSTRACT:With the reforming and opening up and transformation of our society. The public does not fully understand the career of secretary. People commonly thought that secretary is just doing some of the leader, a kind of career which has to rely on their youthfulness and so on. All these prejudices lead to huge negative effects. For example, these prejudices bring huge harms for the professional image and personal dignity of secretary; these prejudices affect the normal working schedules; also these prejudices influence the healthy development of secretary. However, the reasons why these prejudices emerge result from corruption and bad behavior of a few secretaries as well as some literary works commercialized and others. Therefore, the secretary should strive to improve their overall qualities and enhance the positive guidance of the public opinions for secretary as well as improve various secretarial system through the power of self and society. In order to make the occupation of secretary develop healthily and serve the society properly, secretary should change people’s opinion toward them and create a good image.
