摘要:近年来,随着我国经济的迅速发展,社会对秘书人员的需求情况正在发生着深刻的变化,然而我国当前的秘书培养模式却并未跟上时代的步伐。我国当前对秘书人才的培养的现状是:各高校秘书专业教育大多忽视专业意识培养;人才培养目标与社会需求脱节;教育课程体系,教学内容按部就班,缺乏创新;实践教学环节薄弱;忽视人才素质培养,同时秘书资格鉴定制度尚不完善存在很多缺陷。为此,我们必须要加强秘书专业意识的全面引导和培养;理性定位人才培养目标;采用理论学习与社会实践相结合等多元化途径培养秘书专门人才;改革和完善秘书专业课程体系;加大秘书学科的宣传力度,拓宽就业渠道和改革完善秘书资格鉴定制度等方法来改善秘书专业教育和人才培养现状。同时需要我们通过学习国外的秘书培养理念来推进我国秘书培养模式的改革进程。

Abstract:In recent years, with the rapid development of economy in our country, the social demand for secretarial staff situation is undergoing profound changes, however, the current secretary of the training mode is not keep up with the pace of The Times. Present situation of secretary talents cultivation is: each college secretary specialty education mostly ignore consciousness training; The goal of talent training and the social demand disconnect; Education course system, teaching contents step-by-step, lack of innovation; Practical teaching link is weak; Neglecting the talent quality, meanwhile secretary accreditation system is not perfect. There are a lot of defects To this end, we must strengthen the comprehensive secretary professional consciousness guidance and training; The talents training goal of rational positioning; Using theoretical study and social practice as more diversified ways cultivate secretarial talents; Reform and improve the secretary professional curriculum system; Increase the propaganda secretary disciplines, broaden the employment channels and reform perfect secretary secretary qualification appraisal system and other methods to improve the professional education and training status quo. At the same time we need to learn foreign culture concept to promote China's secretary, secretary of the training mode of the reform process.
