摘要:秘书是一个以人际关系为重点的社会角色。承上启下、沟通左右、联系内外,秘书正处在这些关系的中枢,正确认识和理解秘书人际交往的价值,懂得人际交往中需具备基本能力及应注意的一些问题,处理好人际关系,是秘书职业的基本素质。就秘书的岗位性质、秘书人际交往的含义及作用而言,倾听与支持是秘书在人际交往中需具备的核心素质。在具体的秘书工作中,秘书只有不断总结与积累经验,才能有效提高秘书的核心素质。
