摘要：由文学作品改编的电影一直都受到人们的非难，据此，本文试图以《大红灯笼高高挂》和其文学蓝本《妻妾成群》为例，从人物的表现、环境的镜头描写、部分情节的增改与删动等方面，来比较影视与文本之间的异同点，分析影视改编后对表现主题达到的升华作用，探究改编型电影如何忠于原著，又有所突破创新。

[Abstract] The film adaptation of literary works have been censured by the people,so,this article attempts to “Raise the Red Lantern ”and its literary blueprint for “Wives and Concubines”as an example,from the figures show, environmental lens describe some additions and changes to the plot moving and deleting etc，between film and text to compare the similarities and differences,after the performance of the theme of adaptation to the sublimation,explore how the film adaptation faithful to the original type, but also the breakthrough innovation.

将小说搬上荧屏，在现代影视界已是一种非常普遍的现象，许多优秀的电影作品都是由文学作品改编而来的。本文以电影《大红灯笼高高挂》和其文学蓝本《妻妾成群》为例，探究影视对文本的改编，及改编型电影应如何忠实于原著又有所创新。
