摘要：随着网络时代的到来，信息的快速流动，传播渠道的多元化，使得网络时代我国政府信息公开建设成为当今社会的一个热点话题。在网络环境下公众对政府信息的需求越来越高，这不仅为政府信息公开的突破性发展提供了一个契机，同时也带来了许多新的问题。本文从网络时代这一角度出发，通过提出问题、分析问题和解决问题三个逻辑起点对政府信息公开建设进行研究。

Abstract: With the arrival of the age of the Internet, the rapid flow of information, the diversification of transmission channels, enabling the network times our government information publicity for the social construction of a hot topic. Under the environment of network of information of government public demand more and more high, this not only for the publicity of government information, breakthrough development provides a chance, but it also brings many new problems. This paper, from the Angle of the network times, through the proposed, analysis and problem solving three logic starting point of government information public construction for research.

通过对网络时代我国政府信息公开建设的深入研究和探讨发现，网络信息化技术的快速发展，其便捷性、及时性、广泛性等特点，使得传统的政府信息公开方式受到了极大的冲击，传统方式已经很难适应当今社会的步伐，信息公开的及时性、全面性和高效性已经成为社会中政府、公众等普遍关注的热点，政府信息公开的网络化逐渐成为了一种社会潮流。
网络环境下，信息的交流与互动极为频繁，公民的民主意识与参政观念得到了很大提高，开始重视政府信息的公开透明，维护自身的知情权利，这有力的推动了政府信息公开取得了突破性的进展，提高了政府行政办事能力。
网络时代政府信息公开不仅仅是个人的问题，它关系着整个社会的利益，本文对网络时代政府信息公开暴露的问题进行相应的原因分析，并针对性的提出了一些建议。但不管是什么样的制度政策，不可能十全十美，旧的问题刚解决，新的问题就会随之而来，这就需要我们在以后不断的继续深入研究，不断的完善。
