摘要：当今社会，政府公信力受到了严重的挑战，公众对于政府的信誉产生了怀疑，因此如何提高政府公信力渐成当前的热点问题。政府公信力是公众对政府的信任程度，是维系政府与公民之间的重要纽带，是社会得以稳定和谐发展的基础。改革开放以来，我国在政府公信力方面也取得了一定的成绩，但是在政府决策与执行、绩效管理、政府信息公开等方面却存在着政府公信力下降的状况。政府公信力的提升对其自身的形象，对维护公众的权益至关重要。提高政府公信力，建立公信政府，不仅有赖于政府自身的改革，而且还要依赖于公民的普遍监督。

Abstract:In today’s society, the credibility of the government is a serious challenge for the government, the public credibility of doubt, so how to improve the credibility of the government has become a hot issue. The credibility of the government is the public’s trust in government, is an important link between the government and citizens to maintain, is the foundation of harmonious development of society can be stable. Since the reform and opening up, the government has also made certain achievements, but there is decline in the credibility of the government in the decision-making and implementation, performance management, government information publicity. The improvement of the credibility of the government is important to its own image, to safeguard the vital interests of the public. Improve the credibility of the government and establish public trust in government, not only depends on the government itself , but also rely on the general supervision of citizens.
