摘要:近年来,我国经济迅速发展,生产力不断提高,电力作为经济的动力得到了迅速的发展。在发展过程中电厂无疑起着巨大作用,我国的发电厂越来越多,其中火电厂数量位居第一。火电厂是我国最主要的废气排放源,也是废气污染问题治理的重点。这些废气不仅对大气有一定的污染,还给周围居民的生活带来不便,给他们的健康带来很大的危害。因此,火电厂废气的治理刻不容缓。

   本文介绍了一种基于单片机的废气传感器检测系统,该系统通过单片机驱动废气传感器,从而对火电厂废气实行在线实时监测和分析预测,防止由于废气浓度过高等各种原因造成的大气环境污染。 经处理分析后就能客观、及时地反映火电厂废气排放状况,从而达到环保生产的目的。

   此外,硬件上,该系统由上位机和下位机两大部分组成。本设计主要完成下位机部分,下位机采用与8051兼容的高性能、高速单片机—STC 12C5A60S2为控制器,它与安装在烟囱的废气传感器共同完成对火电厂废气中有害废气浓度的监测。然后通过前置放大器将传感器采集的数据放大后,送至ADC进行模数转换。

Abstract:With china's rapid economic development and improving productivity, electric power, obtained as the economic power, has developed rapidly. Power plant plays a huge role in the development undoubtedly, China's power plants are increasing rapidly, and among them the thermal power plant occupies the biggest share. Thermal power plant is the major soot source, so as the focus of the soot pollution management. The dust in the atmosphere not only pollutes the atmosphere, but also brings inconvenience to the surrounding residents such as do great harm to their health, therefore, the management of thermal power plant admits of no delay .

    This paper introduces a kind of waste gas sensor detecting system based on single chip microcomputer, this system drives the waste gas sensors to get continuous online real-time monitoring, analysis, forecast on the waste gas through single chip microcomputer for fear of the atmospheric pollution caused by the high concentration of waste gas and other reasons. Objective and timely reflect on the emissions of the thermal power plant would be made after disposing and analyzing, so as to ensure the purpose of environmental producing.

   In addition, the system consists of a PC and an AT89C51 single chip. The design adopts the high performance microprocessor-STC12C5A60S2 compatible with 8051, as the controller, with the waste gas sensor installed in the chimney ,so as to detect the emissions of harmful gas concentration of the thermal power plant, and then the data collected from the sensors will be enlarged through the preamplifier, which would send to the ADC for A /D conversion.
