摘要:近年来随着模具行业的飞速发展,模具的设计和模具制件的制造已经成为衡量一个国家制造业水平的重要标志,学好模具设计对于学习机械的学生而言是非常重要的。此次设计结合UG软件在注塑模具设计过程中的应用,证实了使用UG软件可以显著缩短模具设计和改进的周期,提高塑料产品的品质,为企业节省了生产成本,提高了经济效益。

   本设计介绍了电话机座面板注射成型的基本原理,特别是单分型面注射模具的结构与工作原理。论文首先确定了模具的整体设计方案,包括电话机座面板实际测量建模,选取分型面,制作浇注系统、导向和顶出机构、冷却系统等。用UG设计了整个“电话机座面板模具设计”的零件体及完整的装配体,并使用Auto CAD进行二维图纸的编辑。

   通过本设计,对注塑模具设计有了初步的认识,了解模具结构及工作原理;从中认识到,熟练掌握UG软件可以快速设计出模具所需的各种零部件,从而有效的提高工作效率。

Abstract:In recent years,with the rapid development of mold industry,mold design and mold manufacturing has become an important symbol of manufacturing industry,so having a good grasp of mold knowledge is very important for the students of department of mechanical engineering.

  In this injection mold design ,By using UG software to help us complete design,we can conclude that it can shorten the cycle of mold design and mold improvement, improve the quality of plastics mold and save production cost

  This design introduce the basic principle of telephone casing faceplate injection molding. Especially the structure and basic principle of Single injection mold parting surface,overall design of mold should be first determined, including Phone base panel practical measurement modeling, the selection of the parting surface, making pouring system, guidance and ejector institutions, cooling system.

  Then using UG software to design the spare parts and complete assembly,and using Auto CAD software to draw two dimensional diagram.

  According to this design, I have a preliminary understanding to the design of injection mold and its structure.At the same time ,it let me know that having a good grasp of UG software can design various spare parts needed in mold in a very short time, in a word, it can improve work efficiency.
