摘要:塑料在当今世界上无处不用,因此塑料模具有很大发展,特别是注塑模。由此可知,研究注塑模具对了解塑料产品的生产过程和提高产品质量有很大意义。
本课题主要是针对遥控器的模具设计,通过对塑件进行工艺性分析和比较,最终设计出一副注塑模。该课题从产品结构工艺性及具体模具结构出发,对模具的浇注系统、模具成型部分的结构、分型面、顶出系统、冷却系统、注塑机的选择及有关参数的校核都有详细的设计本设计。确定了动、定模板及型腔、型芯的尺寸,选取了相应的模架。用UG绘制了整体装配图,并生成了相应的工程图形。
通过本设计,可以对注塑模具有一个初步的认识,注意到设计中的某些细节问题,了解模具结构及工作原理;通过画装配图、零件图,进一步系统深化CAD熟练程度,主要是对UG的熟练,可以快速设计出模具所需的各种零部件,加深了对模具各个零件的认识。

Abstract:Plastic is everywhere in the world today, plastic mold with a great development, especially the injection mold.Therefore,injection mold of great significance to the understanding of the production process of plastic products and improve product quality.
