摘要：中小企业的发展问题既是一个世界性的问题，也是一个永久性的问题。由于中小企业在经济市场中的重要地位，无论在国内还是国外，无论是过去、现在还是将来，中小企业问题都吸引了大家的高度关注。研究数据表明，近年来，我国中小企业的队伍不断壮大，其经济地位也在不断地提升，中小企业在吸纳市场劳动力、带动经济市场活力、促进市场健康发展等各方面的重要性也变得越来越大。但是，绝大多数的中小企业在做投资决策时都存在着一些大大小小的问题，不良的投资决策在一定程度上不但抑制着企业的发展壮大，也不利于国家经济的健康发展。
本文选取了在全国中小企业中具有代表性的江浙中小企业作为研究对象，分析了这些企业在投资决策方面存在的主要问题并提出相应的改进措施。首先，论文介绍了我国对中小企业的定义、中小企业的重要地位及中小企业的特点，紧接着论文探究了江浙中小企业投资决策的特点，并以这些特点为出发点提出其存在的一些主要问题，分析产生这些问题的主要原因，在论文的最后提出笔者认为可行的改进措施。

Abstract：The development issue of small and medium enterprises is not only a worldwide problem but also a permanent problem. No matter at home or abroad, no matter in the past, at present or in the future, SMEs are one of the most improtant parts in the economic market. Research data shows that, in recent years, the number of SMEs in China has increased a lot and their economic status also has been promoted. SMEs become more and more important in some respects. They can alleviate employment pressure, stimulae market’s vitality, promote technical progress and so om. However, most SMEs can not make suitable investment decisions and undesirable investment decisions may inhibite the growth of enterprises and may also be bad for the healthy development of the national development. This article selects SMEs in Jiangsu and Zejiang province as the study object, analyzes the possible problems in investment decisions and puts forward improving measures.
At first, this article introduces the definition of SMEs in China, their important position and their features. Then, the article explores the features of investment decision in SMEs, finds out the main problems and analyzes the reasons. In the end, this article proposes improvement measure.
