摘要:当前，我国的中小企业在继续承担促进经济发展和社会就业的艰巨任务的同时面临着结构升级的巨大挑战。这需要中小企业采用先进的机器设备、提升劳动力素质、提高自身的研发能力和管理水平。要实现这些目标仅仅依靠自有资金和少量的外部资金支持是远远不够的。因此，如何提高中小企业的融资能力，拓宽它们的融资渠道，改善它们的外部融资环境成为了亟待解决的问题。文章对东莞中小企业融资现状进行阐释，分析东莞市中小企业融资难的成因，提出东莞市中小企业融资难的解决建议。

东莞市中小企业在增加税收、技术创新、吸纳就业等方面发挥着重要的作用，对于东莞市的经济和社会发展具有十分重要的意义，然而其融资的境况与其贡献并不相称，应该对东莞市中小企业融资难问题给予充分的认识。本文从东莞市中小企业发展和融资的现状出发，运用实证与规范分析相结合、对比研究和逻辑归纳相统一的方法，从不同角度对东莞市中小企业融资难的制约因素进行了分析，并通过借鉴经济发达国家和地区相关理论研究和实践经验，提出了解决东莞市中小企业融资问题的对策建议。从本文的分析中可以看到，中小企业融资难是一个综合性的社会系统工程，这个问题的解决不仅需要政府为融资建立良好的法律和市场环境，还需要金融机构和中小企业的积极参与，只有通过各方的共同努力，东莞市中小企业融资难的问题才能解决，从而为东莞市未来的发展提供动力。
