摘 要:本建筑位于南京市,是一个包含住院部,手术室,中医科,X光室等的综合性医院,地上9层,1—3层有科室办公室,挂号室,药房,门诊部门,厨房等,4层为手术室,5-8层为病房,9层为行政办公室。总高度46.8米,一层占地面积3133.39平方米。本文首先利用大项相加法对建筑负荷进行了估算,确定了机组的型号和台数。对于办公室和客房等一些使用较为灵活的小房间,采用风机盘管和独立新风的半集中式系统,可以实现较为灵活的控制。第二篇中首先对建筑负荷进行了精确计算,对机组参数进行了修正,对地下换热器进行了计算。本文对空调系统的消声减振及保温也做了一定的讨论。

ABSTRACT:This building is located in nanjing, it is a hospital which contains the inpatient department, operating room, in general, the X-ray room, ect. It has 9 floors, 1-3 layer is department office, registered room, pharmacy, outpatient service department, kitchen, ect; 4 layer for operating room, 5-8 layers for ward, 9 floors for executive office. Total height is 46.8 meters, the first layer covers an area of 3133.39 square meters. This paper firstly method of adding sports building load estimation, determine the number of the unit model and. For office and rooms, and other some use more flexible small room, adopt fan-coil unit and independent air half centralized system, can realize more flexible control. In the second article firstly the building load calculation, the parameters of the unit to underground heat exchanger revision, were calculated.
