摘要:此次毕业设计是根据重庆城市管理职业学院后勤职工宿舍Ⅰ标段图纸编制投标书。该工程位于重庆虎溪大学城重庆城市管理学院，建设单位为重庆城市管理职业学院，图纸齐全，施工说明详细。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础，结构类型为砖混结构，总建筑面积1587.01㎡，五层居住建筑，抗震设防烈度为六度，耐火等级二级，使用年限为五十年。
设计包括：投标书、预算书和附件。投标书包括投标函、法定代表人身份证明、授权委托书、投标保证金。预算书包括编制说明、工程费用取费表、建设工程预算表、三材汇总表、工料价差表。预算书由广联达计价软件套取重庆市建筑工程计价定额（2008）完成。附件材料报告施工组织设计与工程量计算书。

ABSTRACT:Based on the blueprint of Chongqing City Management Vocational College’s logistics staff dormitory Ⅰblocks, this graduation design workouts the tender book. The project is located in Chongqing Huxi campus city and in the charge of Chongqing City Management Vocational College, with complete drawings and specification to the construction. Its infrastructure is the artificial dig-hole pile foundation, and the structure type is masonry concrete. It is a five-storey residential building whose total construction area is 1587.01 ㎡. It can be used for fifty years with the advantages of 6 degrees seismic fortification intensity and secondary refractoriness.
The design includes tender paper, budget and accessories. Tender paper consists of the tender correspondence, the identity proof of the legal representative, an attorney and the deposit. Budget is made of workout illustration, the table on engineering cost, the sheet project budget, the table gathering three materials, and the list of the cost difference of the project materials. Budget is made by using Guang Lianda invoicing software referring to the invoicing quota of engineering in Chongqing (2008). Accessories include the construction design and the calculation of quantities.
