摘要:本工程为重庆城市管理职业学院宿舍楼Ⅰ标段投标文件，所在地为重庆沙坪坝区虎溪镇大学城。该工程的建设单位为重庆城市管理职业学院，工程由重庆大地建筑事务所设计，施工图纸齐全。基础结构采用人工挖孔桩基础，上部主体为砖混，局部框架结构，结构安全等级为二级，抗震设防烈度为六度，建筑抗震设防类别为丙类，工程类别为四类。
该投标文件的编制是以重庆城市管理职业学院宿舍楼I标段施工设计图纸为依据，国家标准和重庆本地方现行的一系列施工和技术规范、标准等为依据，该施工组织针对本工程的地方性特点，如夏季高温、5.6月多雨等环境特点，故对工期要求较紧，我方承诺：我方一旦中标将全面高度集中公司的人、财、物等积极参与施工，确保新一批学生能及时入住学校。因此我方提出合理可行的各种保证质量、确保安全及按时完成任务的合理工期的措施加以重点阐述，坚持科学的基本建设程序和施工顺序，运用网络分段技术、分层流水作业，合理安排施工顺序和施工进度计划，确保施工进度及质量要求，本工程拟定工期为163个日历天。
