摘要:该建筑为镇江市北滩水城住宅楼,为一23层民用建筑,地下两层分别为储藏室和车库,地上为住宅。给水工程设计内容包括建筑室内给水系统、室内热水系统、室内消防系统、室内排水系统和雨水排水系统的设计。室内给水系统采用分区给水方式,一层至五层为低区,由市政给水管网直接供水;六至十五层为中区,十六到二十三层为高区,中区和高区均由高位水箱供水。消火栓给水系统采用临时高压给水系统,消火栓和喷淋系统。本建筑为一类高层建筑,耐火等级为一级,建筑高度为69.8m,按《高层民用建筑防火设计规范》规定,室内消火栓用水量取30L/s。排水系统采用污水和废水分流制排水系统,生活废污水直接排入市政排水管网,生活污水经化粪池局部处理后再排入市政排水管网。雨水排水采用内排水的排水方式。热水给水系统采用循环水泵供水。
