摘要
当前，地市级手机报事业正处于一个起步阶段，中国从南到北，从东到西，手机报遍地开花且异彩纷呈。但目前来看地市手机报的发展依然存在着内容同质化、形式单一、盈利模式固定等问题，如何才能适应新的媒体生态环境，获得快速发展，这要求地市级手机报不断的探索和完善，各地市手机报都在探索一个适合自己发展的独特道路。通过对手机报的优势及目前存在的问题的研究，提出一些建议，希望对地市级手机报的发展有一定作用。

ABSTRACT
the career of the prefecture—level mobile newspaper at an initial stage. In China, mobile newspaper has been development into a splendid legacy from north to south, from east to west. At present, there are still so many problems on the prefecture—level mobile newspaper, like the contents are homogenization, the from is indifferent, the way of profit is unchanged. However, how to adapt to the new media environment for fast development, which requires mobile newspaper constantly to explore and to be improved. All the prefecture-level mobile newspapers are exploring a suitable way to develop. To make a number of recommendations through to research the advantages and the existing problems of mobile newspapers, hoping it would be have a certain effect on the development of the mobile newspaper.
