摘要：本次的论文研究，通过对食育学相关资料的收集和整理，深入学习了食育学理论并通过调查实践，分析了国内食育学推进状况，提出了相应的建议。首先分析了食育学的意义和重要性，接着了解了日本食育学的推进情况和国民状况，相应地制定了国内现状的调查计划。调查中，对幼儿园儿童家长进行了关于营养知识、儿童用餐习惯、以及对食育学的关注度等问卷调查。通过统计并总结结果，了解到现阶段国内家长对食育学的态度。最后，结合对日本食育学优点的学习，提出了国内应当采取措施的建议。

在我国，不良饮食习惯造成的疾病迅速蔓延：糖尿病、肥胖症、高发的心血管疾病、过敏体质、癌症等，越来越多地威胁着人类的健康。食育的重要性已经不亚于智育、体育。食育应当是全民的教育。有效的食育应该从儿童、婴幼儿开始，甚至包括教育未来的母亲懂得正确的孕期营养和育儿知识。国民食育概念的普及和政策的制订执行需要各行业的关注和共同努力。
