摘要:本论文想要运用所学的人力资源管理知识解决A公司的现存的培训管理问题,在分析了A公司各方面特征、人力资源管理与培训现状及预期理想状况的差别原因、并分析了影响公司健全培训的因素,从而给出了在当今的社会中企业如何通过构建自己的培训管理体系从而提高自己的各方面实力。
