摘要:伴随着世界经济进入知识经济时代,企业员工的素质日益受到关注,企业间的竞争也由对市场份额的争夺,演变为对技术和人才的争夺,员工培训工作已得到大多数企业的重视, 现代企业普遍确立了员工培训可以改善企业利益的理念,培训工作已关系到企业市场环境下的发展和存亡。企业的首要资源便是人力资源,人才是企业最大的财富,人员培训已成为一种最有价值的投资。
员工培训是是训练与教育两方面的统一,指通过一定的科学方法提高员工在知识、技能、能力和态度等多方面的素质,以保证能够按照预期的标准或水平完成所承担或将要承担的工作和任务。企业如果能够拥有优秀的员工培训体系,一方面能不断提高内部员工的综合素养,为公司的发展形成核心竞争力;另一方面能够吸引更多公司外部优秀人才的加入。而优秀的公司不断完善的员工培训体系以及日益受到重视的各种形式的培训公司的出现也证实了员工培训的重要性。
因此本文通过了解国内外员工培训的现状,以M公司为具体案例,综合运用问卷调研法、访谈法和观察法,在调研基础上找出问题,分析M公司如何通过员工培训来提升员工工作效率,提出可改进的建议,以改善M公司的员工培训效果,提高其员工培训有效性,进而提高其核心竞争力。

ABSTRACT:With the development of knowledge economy,the require of the enterprise employees is increasingly high. Competition among enterprises evolves from simple market competition to technology and talented persons’ competition. Staff training has been of great importance to most businesses. Modern enterprises generally established the idea that staff training can improve the enterprise’s efficiency. Training has been related to the business development strategy to achieve prosperity and survival. Human resource has become the most important enterprise resources. Talent is the greatest wealth to a company. Staff training has become one of the most valuable investments.
Staff training is to motivate employees in the aspect of knowledge, skills, abilities and many other quality is improved by scientific methods, in order to guarantee the accomplishment of its or will be its work and task by the expected level. It is the unified of the training and education. If companies can have excellent staff training system, on the one hand, it can continuously improve the comprehensive quality of internal staff or form the core competitiveness of the company's development. On the other hand, it can attract more talented people to join in the company. The continued improvement of the staff training system and the growing attention of the various forms of training companies’ emergence also confirmed this point.
By grasping the status of staff training abroad, the article puts M corporation as the specific case, comprehensive using questionnaire survey method, observation method and interview method, to find out the problems on the base of research, analysis that how the company M can improve staff efficiency by staff training, propose recommendations or improvement in order to improve the effectiveness of training employees of Company M, to improve the effectiveness of staff training, so that too improve their core competitiveness.
