摘要：游戏作为一种互动形式，伴随着人们成长，带来了快乐和美好。游戏运用在小组社会工作当中,可以作为促进组员打开心扉、融入小组的重要方法。小组社会工作期望通过小组成员的互相支持去改变组员态度、人际关系，进而增强案主的社会功能。本文基于不同的人群从游戏的方式和内容的阐述来观察游戏的催化剂和引导小组的发展的作用。游戏在小组动力中影响组员的态度和行为，组员间通过共享的过程达到对共同问题的共识，从而驱动组员的共同解决，达到社会工作的目的。

Abstract: The game as a form of interaction, with people’s growing, makes people happy.The game that uses social work in groups can work as an important method which promotes people opening their hearts and joins in the group well. The group work expects the support from the group members to change the members’ attitude and interpersonal relationship, and then strengthen the social function of egotism. This paper, based on different groups of people from the game's way and content ,watches the game on the catalyst and the effect of the development of leading group.The game in group dynamics affects attitudes and behaviors,and the members achieve the consensus of the common problems through sharing with each other. At last it drives the team together to solve the problems, then achieve the purpose of social work.

笔者在四年的社会工作本科学习中，参与过很多不同的小组，也有过作为小组工作者带领小组的经验，发现在成功实现小组的目标过程中，游戏不仅可以调动一开始比较生疏的组员开始进行互动，也可以随着小组的深入，使不同的环节与环节之间有一个过渡，使小组本身的氛围能调动起来，以及小组在遇到问题时可以寻找到一个良性的解决手段。本文就是想对游戏和其在小组动力过程中的作用进行较深入的探究，为以后更好地开展小组工作，或者在选择小组游戏更得心应手，最终使小组能够更加顺利的开展，小组的目标也更容易达到，提高小组作为社会工作方法的使用效率。
