摘要：智障人群的数量在逐步扩大，而社会却仍然没有形成一个完整而系统的理念与服务方法。本文将社会工作专业的方法与理念引入智障群体的服务中，整合社区资源，联结智障群体及其家庭，进行更为合理系统介入，以便更好地解决问题，满足智障群体及其家庭的需求。

Abstract: Gradually expanded, the number of people with intellectual disabilities in the community still do not form a complete system of philosophy and services. This article will be the introduction of the method and philosophy of the social work profession in the service of the mentally retarded groups, integration of community resources, linking with intellectual disabilities groups and their families, a more reasonable system of intervention in order to better solve problems, to meet the mental retardation groups and their families needs.

根据最新数据统计，在我国现有人口中，因各种先、后天性疾病引起的智残、智障人数已达1300万左右，其中有一半是未成年人。长期以来由于社会经济、人文法律环境等的滞后，作为社会弱势群体的智障群体长期被排斥和忽视，各项利益也不能得到很好的保障。如今，随着中国社会经济的发展和进步，国家和政府甚至于整个社会对智障群体的关注度越来越高，智障群体的问题也得到了足够的重视。除了各种针对智障群体的政策法规，各种针对智障群体的服务组织和机构也逐渐增多，许多智障群体得到了及时的康复训练，有的还因此得到了工作的机会，从而让他们的家庭也减轻了负担，有了希望。
