摘要:发展慈善公益事业是推动社会进步和构建和谐社会的重要途径，当前中国正处于社会转型时期，社会问题也日益突出，这就要求中国有完善的公益事业体系，以扶危济困，纾解社会矛盾。而如今我国公益事业主要是由政府主导，政府主导的公益事业存在着公开透明度不够，公正性缺失，贪污腐败屡屡发生，这就会使人们对公益机构的信任逐渐流失，阻碍了我国公益事业发展。因此，我国慈善公益事业有待进一步的发展和完善，宗教便可在这其中发挥它的特殊作用。 宗教与公益事业有着密切联系，宗教的信仰和一些教义中包含着慈善的思想引导着人们参与到公益事业中去。历史上，我国五大宗教一直积极参与公益事业，为公益事业做出了贡献。宗教又是社会工作的起源，其宗教教义和宗教信仰等对现代社会工作的开展依然具有重要的指导意义。如今社会工作在中国得到了认可与发展，但宗教在中国公益事业中发挥的作用却十分有限。本文探讨了我国宗教参与公益事业存在的问题，从政府、社会和宗教的角度提出了相关建议，并结合社会工作的经验和方法让宗教在我国公益事业中发挥其独特作用。

ABSTRACT: Development of philanthropy is an important way to promote social progress and building a harmonious society,China is in a period of social transformation,More and more emerging social issues,This requires that China has a comprehensive welfare system,to distress the poor,alleviate social contradictions.And now our welfare is mainly led by the government, government-led public welfare undertakings there is not enough transparency, fairness deletion, corruption has occurred frequently, which causes people to a gradual loss of confidence in public institutions, hindering the development of China's public welfare undertakings .Therefore, our philanthropy needs further development and improvement, in which religion can play its special role.
Religion and Public Welfare closely linked to religious beliefs and some of the teachings contained in the ideological guidance of charity to the people involved in public service career.Historically, China's five major religions have been actively involved in public welfare undertakings, contribute to public welfare.Religion is the origin of social work, its religious teachings and religious beliefs carry out the work of modern society still has important guiding significance. Today, social work has been recognized in China and development, but the welfare of religion in China's role is very limited. This article discusses the involvement of religious welfare problems from the government, social and religious point of view put forward relevant proposals, combined with the experience and methods of social work in our welfare let religion play its unique role.
