摘要:随着社会主义市场经济的快速发展和高校教育改革的不断深化，贫困大学生这一特殊群体，由于多重因素正承受着过重的压力，并且直接影响到身心健康发展。为更清楚的了解贫困大学生的抗逆力水平，本文以C高校贫困大学生为研究对象，通过个案访谈和文献查阅，总结出贫困大学生面临的压力来源主要有经济、学业、就业和人际交往，探讨了他们应对压力的反应方式。发现适当的压力能带来正面影响，促进贫困生的成长；高强度的压力，超出他们的承受范围，则会带来负面影响，不利于贫困生的身心发展。在此基础上，本文从保护性因素和危险性因素分析了影响抗逆力生成的因素，并探讨了贫困大学生抗逆力的提高策略，主要从培养内在的保护因素和发展外部的保护因素角度提出策略，希望通过提高保护性因素增强贫困大学生的抗逆力，从而更好的应对各方面的压力。

ABSTRACT:With the rapid development of socialist market economy and deepening the reform of college education, poor college students' this special group, because of multiple factors are under too much pressure, and directly affect the health of body and mind development. To more clearly understand the poor college students art force level, with a C poor college students as the research object, through case interview and literature review, summarizes the poor college students are faced with the pressure source are mainly economic, education, employment and interpersonal communication, discusses the way they cope with stress reaction. Found the proper pressure can bring the positive influence, promote the growth of poor students, high intensity of pressure, is beyond the scope of their bear, it will have a negative impact, the disadvantage of poor students physical and mental development. On this basis, this article from the protective factors and risk factors analysis of the factors that influence the ability to generate and probes into the improving strategies of impoverished college students' art force, mainly from the culture within the protection and development of external protection factors Angle put forward strategy, hope to improve the protective factors for the poor college students art force, so as to better cope with the pressures.
