摘要:自然资源、人力资源、资本资源是国家经济发展不可或缺的要素。对于一个企业而言,人力资源在企业竞争中的优势日益突出,招聘在获取人力资源方面发挥着日益重要的作用,通过招募,甄选、录用、评估来为企业选拔合适的人才,为组织的发展提供人才支撑。

   YD公司在重庆印刷行业中有比较高的知名度,就招聘工作而言,就是近几年招聘工作才向专业化招聘方向学习,因而还有很多地方有待完善,在招聘岗位工作的期间,就发现YD公司在招聘中存在的一些问题,比如没有落实招聘计划、应聘周期时间长、缺乏招聘评估工作等。文章阐述了人力资源招聘的含义、意义、原则、程序、以及人力资源招聘的影响因素理论,分析了YD公司目前的招聘现状,针对YD公司在招聘工作中没有结合企业发展战略、招聘工作人员权限有限、用人部门对招聘工作的认识不足、招聘工作缺乏系统流程的实际情况,提出了优化YD公司人才招聘方案的对策。
